This week Ecessa introduced Ecessa Cloud View and Ecessa Cloud Premium, new cloud-based WAN management and configuration consoles designed to ease some of the critical factors in deploying and maintaining Ecessa wide area network devices. Ecessa Cloud View and Ecessa Cloud Premium provide a more convenient way for network administrators to configure, monitor and manage all of their Ecessa devices, wherever they are.
Ecessa Cloud is designed for ease of use. The console allows users to configure off-site and push configs out to their Ecessa devices. It also consolidates status information and makes it more convenient to make sure everything is fine with their devices.
Easy to use, cloud-based tools for management include offline configuration, one-for-one configuration, automatic backup, site grouping, location mapping and more. Monitoring features include a dashboard, email alerts, site and service checks and more. Reporting tools such as real time and historic graphs, unified interface and up to a year of data enable users to troubleshoot and proactively plan ahead.
Ecessa Cloud functions as a one-stop-shop for all things Ecessa. It keeps all of an organization’s Ecessa device information current and in one place, and stores more information than the individual devices, provides ready backups and provides quick and easy access to the comprehensive network data that administrators need to resolve issues on their own. It also provides better information for the Ecessa support team when they are called in to help. When additional features are available, they will be pushed to the cloud and eliminate the need for upgrades.

Ecessa Cloud View and Ecessa Cloud Premium are available to all Ecessa device owners with a current Ecessa Service Agreement and firmware 8.4 or newer.
