Ecessa Insight+ is a proactive network management service that can be added to any existing, or new, Ecessa SD-WAN deployment to monitor, address and close issues with a customer’s ISP or telecom carrier. In the event of any outage, the Ecessa SD-WAN equipment will steer traffic around the outage and Insight+ will alert the Ecessa Technical Support team of the issue. Ecessa’s 24 x 7 Technical Support team will engage the customer’s carrier, open a ticket on their behalf and drive closure to the issue – keeping customers online while managing the resolution of the issue. This new service allows companies to stay focused on their core business services and not on managing their ISPs.
