Ecessa makes devices that manage users and applications (network traffic) going to and from a business over the Internet. Two or more Internet connections (such as a T1, cable, DSL, wireless, satellite, etc.) are connected into our products (PowerLink, ShieldLink, ClariLink). Ecessa continually checks the Internet connections to make sure they are up, and performing well . If a problem occurs, let's say the cable connection went down, Ecessa directs all traffic to the other working links.

One of the things we hear most often from our customers is that before they bought Ecessa's product, and they had an Internet outage, the IT department would have to scramble to find the problem (under much stress), and work to get the problem fixed. It took too much time, and employees and customers heartily complained. After they installed Ecessa, when one of their Internet links goes down, they don't even know about it.
